Will my whiskey bottle fit in the Barrel Vault?

Almost certainly. The Barrel Vault's removable Base and Neck Inserts adjust to fit tall, short, and uniquely shaped bottles — including Blanton's-style bottles. It comfortably fits standard 750ml bottles. Remove both inserts for tall bottles, install the Base Insert for shorter ones, or use both to cradle wider bottles.

What's included with the Barrel Vault?

Every Barrel Vault includes the hard-shell travel case, removable foam inserts, and four Kenzie whiskey glasses. The Double Bottle version carries two bottles, and the Humidor Kit adds a travel cigar humidor plus a 4-in-1 torch lighter and cigar cutter.

Can I fly with the Barrel Vault?

The case itself is perfect for checked luggage. We recommend securing it with a TSA-approved lock — that way TSA agents can inspect the case if needed without cutting the lock. Just remember that airline and TSA rules apply to the contents: full-size whiskey bottles must go in checked bags, not carry-ons.

What is the adjustable knob near the handle?

That's the pressure release valve. Cabin pressure changes during flights (and big elevation changes on road trips) can create a pressure difference that makes a sealed case hard to open. Give the knob a turn to equalize the pressure before opening — it keeps the seal working properly and the case easy to open after you land.

How do I clean the case?

Wipe the hard-shell exterior with a damp cloth. The foam inserts can be removed and shaken out or wiped down. Glasses are hand-wash recommended.
