Our cases are designed to accommodate certain bottle and glassware sizes. Customers are responsible for reviewing product dimensions and compatibility information before purchasing.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, bottles, alcohol, glassware, and other accessories shown in product images are not included with the purchase.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and update prices at any time. The price charged for an order will be the price displayed at checkout, subject to applicable law.

Payments are processed through the payment methods available at checkout. By submitting an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

4. Orders and Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases such as suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory shortages, or other legitimate business reasons, subject to applicable law.

If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, we will issue a refund for the amount charged.

Customer cancellations. If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will attempt to cancel orders that have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it will be subject to the returns terms in Section 6.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs, estimated delivery times, and available shipping methods will be displayed during checkout when applicable.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Risk of loss and ownership of products will transfer in accordance with applicable law.

Lost or delayed shipments. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate next steps.

6. Returns and Refunds

At Barrel Vault, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help. Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by this Section and our Return & Refund Policy. Please review them before making a purchase.

6.1 Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging, including accessories and included components.
• Proof of purchase or an order confirmation must be provided.

Items showing signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing components may not qualify for a refund.

• The reason for the return.
• Photos of the product, if applicable.

Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Please do not send products back without receiving return instructions.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by law or where the return is due to our error.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns due to a change of mind, ordering the wrong product, or other reasons unrelated to a product defect or our error.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Barrel Vault will cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide another appropriate resolution.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos showing the issue.

We will review the claim and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, repair, refund, or other suitable resolution. Nothing in this Section limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

6.6 Exchanges

We currently handle exchanges by having customers return eligible items and place a new order for the desired product. If your item is defective or incorrect, contact us so we can assist you with a replacement.

Barrel Vault cases are designed to help protect bottles and accessories during transport and storage.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are packed, secured, and handled appropriately.

Barrel Vault does not guarantee that a case will prevent all damage, leakage, breakage, or loss.

Customers are responsible for complying with applicable laws and carrier requirements when transporting bottles, alcohol, or other items.

Barrel Vault does not guarantee that its products meet the baggage, carry-on, or checked-luggage requirements of any airline or transportation provider.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, product designs, photographs, text, graphics, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Barrel Vault and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use our content without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
