Barrel Vault started with two friends, Oscar and Cameron, and a simple problem: there had to be a better way to travel with the things we enjoy.

After years of attending whiskey events, bottle shares, meetups, and get-togethers, we found ourselves constantly transporting bottles, glassware, cigars, and other accessories. Different bottle shapes and sizes made packing frustrating, and most carrying solutions were either too specialized, too bulky, or simply not designed for the way whiskey enthusiasts actually travel.

So we decided to build our own.

Oscar brought more than 24 years of experience in the foam packaging industry, using that knowledge to develop a protective and adaptable interior system. Cameron brought his experience in transportation, helping shape a case designed around mobility, durability, and real-world use.

As avid outdoorsmen who enjoy traveling, we also wanted Barrel Vault to work beyond the typical whiskey event. Whether you're heading to a bottle share, the golf course, a weekend getaway, the cabin, or somewhere off the beaten path, the goal is the same: make it easy to bring the experience with you.

At the heart of Barrel Vault is versatility. Our cases are designed to accommodate a wide variety of bottle shapes and sizes while providing dedicated space for the accessories that complete the experience.

What began as a solution for ourselves became something we knew other whiskey enthusiasts could appreciate too.
